International Delivery
Available to selected countries only. £25 will be charged at checkout, then on receiving your order an accurate shipping cost will be calculated and any difference will be refunded to you.
Hazardous items
Hazardous items are subject to a £27 surcharge in addition to the rates shown above.
Special items
Special items may have additional postage charges - These will be stated on the product pages.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel within this time, any payments that you have made will be refunded to you in full within 28 days.
Returns
Products need to be returned 'as new' in a saleable condition with the original packaging and accessories. The cost of the item will be refunded however shipping may not be refunded. Please allow up to 28 days for a refund.
